Strawberry-Peach Beet Blast


I already know what you're thinking...beets!  Beets may be hard to pair when searching for a smoothie you will actually enjoy. Try them with peaches and strawberries for a delicious, healthy blend.

Ingredients

1 Beet, raw
1/2 Cup Strawberry, halves
1 Peach
1/4 Cup 100% Pomegranate Juice (or 100% Pineapple Juice)

1/2 Cup Pure Coconut Water 
1 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Makes two servings of 8 oz each.

Strawberry-Papaya Frozen Yogurt


Can’t find the right flavor you want in a yogurt? Just grab two of your favorite fruits, freeze and blend with some plain non-fat yogurt. Or try these two great combinations. Add raw agave nectar to sweeten.

1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt 
1/4 Cup Strawberries, halves frozen 
1/4 Cup Papaya Chunks, frozen
2 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar


Blackberry Peach Frozen Yogurt

1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt 
1/4 Cup Blackberries, frozen
1/2 Peach, sliced frozen
1 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar

Preparation

Blend ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Place in an air-tight container and freeze for an hour. Stir and serve immediately. Each batch makes two cups.  Enjoy!

1 Large White Peach
1/4 Cup Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt 
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk 
3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Peach Nectar Plum Smoothie




Peaches, nectars and plums naturally tastes great together. Add a tablespoon, or two, of agave nectar if you prefer a sweeter mix. Peel peaches, nectarine and plum for a smoother blend.

Ingredients

1/2 Peach, core removed
1/2 Nectarine, core removed
1 Plum, core removed
1 Tbsp. Organic Milled Flaxseeds
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Agave Nectar to Taste (1 Tbsp. = Approximately 60 calories)

1/2 Cup Frozen Tropical Mix - Mangos, Pineapples & Papayas

1 Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Milled Flaxseeds

Preparation
