Ingredients
1/2 Banana
1/2 Apple, seeds removed
1/2 Peach, core removed
1/2 Nectarine, seeds removed
1/2 Pear, seeds removed
1/2 Cup Frozen Triple Berry Mix - Blueberries, Raspberries and Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Tropical Mix - Mangos, Pineapples & Papayas
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Milled Flaxseeds
Preparation
Prepare fruit. Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Makes two servings.
