Banana Apple Crisp Smoothie |
Want a great breakfast smoothie with all the flavors of a baked apple crisp? Try this blend with a
couple of bananas. The bananas will counter the tartness of the granny smith apple and add to its
aroma.
Ingredients
2 Bananas
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Handful (about 12) Almonds
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Makes two servings.
