Tropical Watermelon Blast





For those hot summer days, try this simple, cool and refreshing mix. This concoction is great for those who like a little extra sweetness to their smoothies.

Ingredients

1/2 Mini Watermelon
1 Cup Tropical Mixed Fruit (pineapples, mangos and papayas) 
4 oz. Pomegranate Juice
4 oz. Pineapple Juice

Preparation

Cut mini watermelon in half and remove outer layer. Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Makes three servings.

Ingredients

1/2 Banana
1/2 Apple, seeds removed
1/2 Peach, core removed
1/2 Nectarine, seeds removed
1/2 Pear, seeds removed
1/2 Cup Frozen Triple Berry Mix - Blueberries, Raspberries and Strawberries 
1/2 Cup Frozen Tropical Mix - Mangos, Pineapples & Papayas
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Milled Flaxseeds

Preparation

Prepare fruit. Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Makes two servings.
