Peaches, nectars and plums naturally tastes great together. Add a tablespoon, or two, of agave
nectar if you prefer a sweeter mix. Peel peaches, nectarine and plum for a smoother blend.
Ingredients
1/2 Peach, core removed
1/2 Nectarine, core removed
1 Plum, core removed
1 Tbsp. Organic Milled Flaxseeds
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Agave Nectar to Taste (1 Tbsp. = Approximately 60 calories)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth.
