Three-to-Tango Fruit Smoothie



Tired of the same old smoothie mixes? Try this unique concoction. The sweetness of the pineapples counters the tartness of the grapefruit and rhubarbs. Just one serving of this delicious mix provides more than a days worth of Vitamin C and a healthy dose of Vitamin A.

Ingredients

1 Grapefruit, peeled
1 Cup Frozen Rhubarb chunks
1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
8 oz. Pineapple Juice
Raw Agave Nectar to Taste (1 Tbsp. = Approximately 60 calories)


Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Makes three servings.
