Ingredients

2 Bananas
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Handful (about 12) Almonds
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Preparation
