Quad Berry Blast Smoothie

Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries blend nicely to give you a delicious smoothie filled with a days worth of fiber and a quarter of the daily recommended dosage of potassium. Use as a meal replacement when on the go or dieting.


1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1/2 Cup (about 8 medium or 4 large) Strawberries
1/2 Cup Blackberries
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tbsp. Milled Flaxseeds
1 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil
Add Agave Nectar to taste (1 tbsp = approx. 60 additional calories)


Blend in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Add agave nectar to sweeten. Makes two servings.
