Vanilla Berry Cherry Smoothie |
Cherries and berries blend nicely, especially when paired with yogurt and vanilla. This smoothie
is great for a post-workout pick-me-up.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cherries, pitted
1 Cup Mixed Berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Makes two serving.
