Preparation
Cook rolled oats according to package directions. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla extract and agave
nectar while oatmeal is hot. Transfer oatmeal mix to blender with choice of fruit, yogurt,
flaxseeds and almond milk. Blend in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Makes one serving each.
