Veggie Dip |
The Veggie Dip is a great dip for vegetables such as carrots or celery. Dilute it with your
favorite vinaigrette to use over a salad.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Onions, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Scallions, finely chopped
2 Tsp. Garlic, minced
Pinch Coarse Kosher Salt
Pinch Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Ground Mustard
1/4 Cup Celery, finely chopped
2 oz. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth.
