Sugar-Free Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup |

sugar-free ketchup.
Ingredients
1 Cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes, diced
1/2 Cup White Onions, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Garlic, minced
12 oz. Tomato Paste
4 Roasted Red Peppers, jarred
4 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
3 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add vinegar, tomato paste, tomatoes, red peppers, tabasco and seasonings. Transfer to the blender when cool. Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth.
