Roasted Red Pepper Black Bean and Tomato Soup Blend



This great tasting soup is filled with fiber and both Vitamin A and C. It will leave you filling full and satisfied.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes, diced 
1 Cup Red Peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Scallions
1/2 Cup Black Beans, canned
2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 
1 Tbsp. Oregano Leaves
1 Tbsp. Basil Leaves

Preparation

Cook tomatoes, red peppers, scallions in pasta sauce. Add tomato paste, black beans and seasonings. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to blender when cool. Blend in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Serves two.
