Orange Carrot Apricot Smoothie |
Use this slightly sweet blend as a meal replacement when dieting or detoxing. The smoothie
provides more the a days worth of both Vitamin A and C, and healthy dosage of iron and
calcium.
Ingredients
1 Navel Orange, peeled
1 Cup Carrot Sticks
2 Apricots, core removed
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Makes one serving.
