Traditional Tomato Soup Blend

Looking for a traditional tomato soup with a little kick. Try this delicious and nutritious blend filled with double the recommended daily dosage of Vitamin A and healthy dosage of Vitamin C, calcium and iron. Pair with whole wheat toast or whole grain crackers.


1/2 Cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes, diced 
1/4 Cup White Onions, finely chopped 
1/4 Cup Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. 100% Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
1 Tbsp. Oregano Leaves
2 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil


Sauté onions, garlic and tomatoes in olive oil. Add seasonings and tomato paste. Let cool, then transfer to the blender. Add almond milk and blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Serves two.
