Sweet & Spicy Honey Mustard |
This sweet and spicy honey mustard dip is like none other. Use as a dipping sauce for vegetables
or chicken, or spread on a burger to add a unique flavor. Dilute the creamy blend with your
favorite vinaigrette for a great tasting salad.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar
3 Tsp. Ground Mustard
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper (or your favorite spicy seasoning)
1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
1/2 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper (or to taste)
1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribullet) until smooth. Let sit for an hour to thicken or add low-fat cream cheese. Use as a dip or dressing.
